One of the main objectives of the quality management is
to insure a continuous improvement of all the actions related to the
service, especially the ones having an impact on the customer’s
satisfaction.
Our services are regularly measured and evaluated during the service
process, but also and mainly by the evaluation of our customer’s
satisfaction.
These evaluations help us to improve our performance by applying corrective
and preventive measures wherever necessary.
Data Warehouse
Updated after each service provided, this data contains
all the details concerning the service.
It allows the identification of any service provided, including the client’s
information as well as the operator who took the call, the tow truck driver
and all related details.
A software helps tracing the calls, including time, date and phone number.
Keeping Quality related documents helps:
