The Network Concept
In 1992, SOS Auto was the first Lebanese company to conceive, create and put
together a network for roadside assistance.
The concept of a network aims to make the help easier in case of a car breakdown
because of:
Centralization of the calls: one phone number to call, wherever the breakdown
happened.
Rapidity of response: teams are distributed in all the regions, for a quick help
arrival
Controls
Tow trucks are regularly controlled. They are equipped in conformity with the
standards of quality and security, both for the truck and for the transported
goods.
Truck drivers are regularly evaluated regarding their behavior with the clients
as well as their technical work. Training of the drivers is one of the main
elements for the improvement of their competences and therefore the improvement
of the working methods and the quality of services we deliver to our clients.

Distribution of teams
The teams are grouped in centers, distributed in a manner that allows us to
provide our services all over the Lebanese territory in the best times.
